The Last Reunion 3-DVD set

For 50 years the soldiers of the 337th Infantry Regiment, Custer Division have been gathering to fellowship with their friends, remember their fallen comrades, and preserve the spirit of courage and brotherhood that was forged in battle. Through some of the bloodiest battles fought in World War II, these men prevailed, liberated Rome, and pushed the Nazis out of Italy.

We were there, at their 50th and final reunion (60th Anniversary) to enjoy their celebrations, witness their tribute at the World War II Memorial, and capture their memories. In over 8 hours of compelling interviews, the survivors and their widows recount many amazing stories of bravery, heroism, and love. In addition to hours of gripping interviews with soldiers, officers, and Senator Bob Dole, this 3-DVD set also contains moving edited segments: an overview of the Reunion tradition, celebrations on Friday and Saturday evenings, a moving trip to Arlington Cemetery, and a fast-paced bus trip to the National Cathedral and the WWII Memorial.

Viewers will find the complete interviews emotional, inspirational, and informative. WWII buffs will love the opportunity to cross-reference many details from multiple sources. History students will find in this compilation a tool for an actual lab experience in primary-source analysis and writing. The edited pieces will be enjoyed by veterans' gatherings, fraternal organizations, and senior centers whenever they need an inspirational glimpse of what we all gained by the sacrifices of "The Greatest Generation."
