In
the early 90s, it seemed that video would become a central part of corporate
communication. But businesses spent a lot of money on video, and got,
I believe, a poor return on that investment. So the corporate video production
industry entered a major slump that has extended to this day. Throughout
that period, however, we have continued to produce videos and DVDs that
DO get results for clients. The problem for business has not been the
medium; it has been the way in which their messages have been handled
by their producers.
We
believe that if you are a corporation with a story to tell and an audience
to reach, there has never been a better time than now to produce a DVD.
We can deliver a compelling, cost-effective presentation that will motivate
your audience and fill actual communication needs in a way that is better
than any of your alternatives.
DVD
is the most prolific communications tool ever produced; and in an era
when abstract ideas are lost to readers, they can be communicated to audiences
in the convenience of an interactive medium IF you enlist the services
of someone who can understand your technology or product, grasp your business
challenges, verbalize your niche, nuance your message, and empower your
people to project your culture and product message to your audiece in
ways that are credible and memorable. Kindig Omnimedia can find a cost-effective
and motivational way to deliver the right message to the right audience.
We guarantee it!
Frank
Gates - "G2 Weblink"
A
business card CD, handed out at trade shows and mailed to a prospect
list, was the chosen vehicle for stimulating direct sales of this
inexpensive software program. We shot this high-energy piece with
2 cameras, intercutting aggressively to convey the dynamic, breathless
nature of this new product.
VLM
International - "Versatility with Stability"
VLM
is a software company and billing service in the telecom sector.
After the dual hits of the dot-com bust and the telecom deregulation
debacle, the industry was hurting, and VLM came back to us to help
them reposition themselves in an all-new market terrain. Our inexpensive
solution used still photography with customer interviews to create
a business card CD and web movie, along with an entire new campaign,
direct mail brochures, and ads.
Arshot
Investment - "Colts' Neck"
How
can you sell premium home sites in a development that doesn't yet
exist? Capture the essence of what the equestrian community will
be, by shooting representative images in Lexington, Louisville,
and Cincinnati ... and then describe the diversity of architectural
styles and large lot sizes in the language and style of Henry David
Thoreau. This exceptional script won a Bronze Award in the Columbus
International Film Festival.
Drumstick
- "Frosty Paws"
How
do you bring food brokers to their feet, cheering your surprise
new product? Tell them, in the best traditions of Jaws, "The Dogs
of America want to EAT OUR ICE CREAM!" Using live dogs, a zany interloper
and a clever presentation script to prime the audience for this
hilarious film, we literally had the audience on their feet ...
and prompted the brokers to go out and generate national sales and
shelf space without any additional advertising!
The
Medallion Club - " The Inspiration of Medallion"
What
makes a golf course valuable? 54 distinct holes, plus the beauty
of its setting and the amenities of its clubhouse. Our film helped
this residential community find its footing and establish its brand
in a town that offered lots of private clubs that compete with our
client. We interviewed Clark Kellogg, Cabot Rea, and other native
notables who had chosen Medallion for the quality package that it
offered.
Digital
Equipment Corporation - "The End of the World"
Digital
founder Ken Olson picked 100 of his top producers to spend an entire
year envisioning the future of the company. Their conclusion: software
services will replace "boxes" as the primary product of
the company. We were selected as the creative consultant to communicate
this message to the sales force. Our solution: An exciting "end
of the world" scenario, full of great lines and visuals, delivered
with sobriety by E. G. Marshall in a set we designed.
Frank
Gates - "Higher Ground"
What's
the best way to dramatize the marked professionalism and honest
decision-making skill of a Workers' Comp firm? Select a metaphor
for quality and integrity: "Higher Ground". The flagship video which
we created for the Frank Gates interactive sales presentation won
a national Silver Telly award.
